Description:
Himuro and Tamura return to Kobe to find the Kyowakai executives hoping Himuro will become their fourth chairman, but he refuses, causing internal conflict. After speaking with Ueki, Himuro decides to honor Kawatani's wishes and announces his retirement instead. Simultaneously, the Marugami-kai appoints Sakota as their new chairman following Mita’s death. Meanwhile, Sunaga of the Keihin Alliance tries to persuade Shinjo and Komiya once more. Though Himuro learns of this through Kuroiwa, he refuses to let the Marugami-kai divide. He confesses his desire to elevate Kawatani to the top of the yakuza and unify the underworld, but Tamura encourages him to be true to himself. Elsewhere, the Yamazaki Ichimon attempts to intervene after learning about Shinjo and Komiya. At the same time, retired Kyowakai member Nakajima resurfaces, and his new venture ignites a fresh conflict.
