Description:
In Kobe, Kawatani Yuichi, head of the Kawatani-gumi, instigates another street fight with Takei of the rival Nakamura-gumi. Afterward, Kawatani displays his usual arrogance by racking up a bill at the bar owned by his friend Mikami Tetsuya. Mikami's wakagashira, Omiya Kazuya, disgusted by Kawatani's behavior, discovers illegal prostitution and drug dealing happening within Mikami-gumi territory—all orchestrated by the Nakamura-gumi. Omiya then joins forces with a Chinese syndicate led by Shi Qian, and together they begin planning a full-scale war against Kyowakai.
