Description:
After discovering Ruby's true identity, Himuro and Tamura find a hidden stash of weapons and drugs. They tell Special Investigation Officer Sahara that the recent events weren't the work of the Kyowakai or Marugami-kai, urging him to look for those pulling the strings. Both Himuro and Sahara suspect corruption within the police force, with Sahara questioning Matsumiya and others. When the police suddenly focus on arresting Mita, Himuro and Sahara find it odd that the attention shifts from the Kyowakai to the Marugami-kai after Mikawa's appointment as deputy commissioner. Sahara faces obstacles investigating Mikawa due to his connections to the powerful Yoshioka family. Meanwhile, believing a religious group is involved in an upcoming terrorist plot, Himuro starts contacting people linked to the World Kamome Church.
