Description:
Following the elimination of Sakashita, the leader of the Sakashita-gumi in Fukui, Himuro (Yasukaze Motomiya) discovers from Kawatani (Hitoshi Ozawa) that Fukumoto (Keiji Matsuda), the second chairman of the West Japan Mutsumikai, is the true architect of the attack on Kyowakai Chairman Kudo (Hakuryu). Kyowakai officially declares war on the West Japan Mutsumikai. Acting on Kawatani’s instructions, Himuro and his team begin operations to gain control of Nagoya, Gifu, Kyoto, and Hokuriku. Meanwhile, Toki, head of the Toki-gumi in Gifu, learns that Kyowakai was responsible for the death of his brother and starts opposing them.
