Description:
Newly appointed head of the Yamazaki-gumi, Himuro Renji, and his assistant Wakagashira Tamura work to unite Japan's yakuza under the Kyowakai banner. However, a violent dispute in Aomori between the Kyokuzankai of Tohoku and the Kanto-based Marugami-kai results in a death, escalating tensions between the two organizations. To prevent a full-scale war, Kyokuzankai executive Ueki requests Himuro's help in mediation. Himuro negotiates with Munakata, assistant to the Marugami-kai chairman. As yakuza across the country watch, Himuro must decide the fate of the conflict.
