Description:
Yuto Tamura, head of Kyowakai, wants revenge for his injured subordinate, Tora, at the hands of the Toryukai. The Toryukai proposes Diet member Kadowaka as a mediator, but his greed is quickly revealed by underboss Renji Himuro, who exploits Kadowaka's weakness. Suddenly, masked attackers target both Himuro and Tamura. Tamura confronts one attacker, but a frightened young girl distracts him, allowing the assailants to escape. Meanwhile, Shigeru Fujita, a rogue member seeking revenge against Tamura, arrives in Kobe. The Sakota-gumi sends aide Hayashi to control him. As Tamura pursues the mysterious attackers alone, the image of the girl haunts him, leading him back to his past.
