Description:
The group Hitoshi and Yoshiro defeated in a brutal fight – the Angry Party – is back. Takeda, a former executive of the Angry Party, infiltrated the Black Dragon Society after his release and quickly became an executive there. Meanwhile, Hitoshi and Yoshiro are investigating a case involving a known Sokaiya who conspired with a major trading company to embezzle 500 million gold. Their investigation leads them to the Shima sand district, where they discover the general assembly shop has borrowed money from the yakuza and is struggling to repay it. The truth emerges: the yakuza is the Black Dragon Society. Hitoshi and Yoshiro then learn of Takeda's presence.
