Description:
Following internal struggles within the Kanto Ichienkai caused by the Takayama group, and after the Takayama group's reorganization, the Takayama group's "shima" (a key asset) was protected by Hitoshi Yoshiro's Sand Group. However, another group, the Wuryukai, also within the Kanto Ichienkai, coveted the shima. After their previous leader's death, the Wuryukai, once known for their service, began engaging in illicit activities under their new young leader, Tange. This put them in direct conflict with the Sand Group over control of the Takayama group's shima. Simultaneously, Kihara, an old acquaintance from the Dragon Society, arrives from Jin.
