Description:
Hitoshi Kamibayashi (Takeuchi), the acting head of the Kanto sand group, and Yoshiro Yazaki (Sakakibara), the group's chairman, have risen to prominence in the Kanto region after navigating a series of power struggles. Meanwhile, Jin finds himself caught in a dangerous situation when an old friend unexpectedly becomes the target of an assassination attempt orchestrated by the recently reformed Kyushu Hiryukai. Led by former Hiryukai leader Panito, the group is seeking to expand its influence into Kanto, partnering with the Shinwakai, an organization linked to the Kanto Ichienkai. Hitoshi and Yoshiro are tasked with managing the crisis, but face unforeseen internal conflicts.
