Description:
Swedish comic artists Max Andersson and Lars Sjunnesson promote their book *Bosnian Flat Dog* with a mummified Marshal Tito traveling in a refrigerator. They tour the countries of the former Yugoslavia, meeting artists, musicians, publishers, and others involved in the post-Yugoslav indie cultural scene. As their journey progresses through increasingly bizarre locations, the creators start to doubt their own perceptions and the reality around them. They witness border controls becoming impromptu photo opportunities, discover strange, altered Disney toys, purchase grenade shell souvenirs, and find art created in bombed-out buildings. They realize that reality is proving more unbelievable than anything they could have imagined.
