Description:
"Handa-kun" explores the formative high school years of Seishuu Handa, six years before "Barakamon." This animated series humorously portrays Handa's popularity as a calligraphy prodigy. While his classmates revere him, Handa misinterprets their admiration as bullying. The series follows Handa as he navigates amusing situations where classmates playfully challenge his "school idol" image, only to become even bigger fans. Oblivious to their affection, Handa is constantly bewildered and overwhelmed by the attention. Viewers are drawn into this world of mistaken perceptions and comical misunderstandings as Handa tries to maintain a normal life.
