Description:
As crime surges in Japan, the nation creates Tokyo Butei High – a prestigious school for gifted students training to become "Butei," highly skilled detectives with impressive combat skills. Kinji Tooyama, a withdrawn former Assault Division student, now lives a quiet life studying logistics while concealing his powerful and unusual abilities.
