Description:

Following a difficult encounter with tax officials, Alex Alexander drives into the countryside to relax. He accidentally collides with an elephant escaping from a circus. When police arrive, his story is dismissed as delusion, and he's committed to a mental institution – funded by the same tax money he’s struggling with. A doctor attempts to convince him the elephant wasn't real, but Alex finds unexpected support in a fellow patient, Knudsen, who suggests everyone is a little crazy.
