Description:
It's 1917. Dr. Valentin Voyno-Yasenetskyj and his family – his wife and four children – relocate to Tashkent amidst civil war and foreign intervention. He becomes the head physician at the city hospital, where he tirelessly saves hundreds of patients daily, operating under constant gunfire while protecting his family from the dangers of street battles. Facing persecution and isolation with his family on the edge of the former empire, he chooses a path as a priest. From that point forward, he dedicates himself to both physical and spiritual healing, accompanying them through their many difficult exiles and challenging life experiences.
