Description:
Vincenc Babočka, a low-level police clerk who believes he's a brilliant detective, gets an unexpected chance to prove himself during a vacation in Karlovy Vary. Mistaken for the wanted international adventurer Leon Weber, he seizes the opportunity to expose Weber’s accomplices. They are plotting to steal diamonds belonging to the Maharaja of Yohir. Weber’s plan involves meeting the Maharaja disguised as General Naryshkin, but things become complicated when the real Weber arrives in town.
