Description:
Japan in 2024 is a ruined wasteland haunted by monstrous creatures. In the ruins of Nakano, Kiruko, an ordinary but determined woman, takes on odd jobs to survive. Her life changes when she meets a dying woman who asks her to guide a boy named Maru to a place called Heaven. Maru believes he'll find someone just like him there, and he sets off on this dangerous journey with Kiruko. Their journey through this familiar yet terrifying world reveals moments of hope and strength in the face of disaster. As they face dangers and strange creatures, Kiruko and Maru's bond grows stronger, and the true purpose of Maru’s quest becomes clearer. This gripping story explores trust, survival, and identity in a world where nothing is certain, and faith offers the only way forward.
