Description:
Ben Donovan, a self-centered manager at a struggling San Diego sports arena, faces a life-altering moment turning forty. He juggles a quirky workplace filled with memorable characters: Crystal, his demanding and unpredictable boss who owns the arena; Alice, the charming marketing director with whom he shares a casual romance; Alonzo, a perpetually cheerful ex-basketball player; Heather, his kind assistant hiding a troubled past; Roman, Crystal's naive son now working under Ben; and the hapless "Steves," a notoriously incompetent operations crew. Surrounded by this unusual team, Ben is compelled to re-evaluate his life and connections, all while trying to maintain order in a constantly chaotic arena.
