Dominique is the father of Matthieu Moulinas, the first and only minor in France to be sentenced to life imprisonment. He was convicted of the rape and murder of Agnès Marin. Dominique came to tell us how his son grew up, how he came to torture and kill a young girl at the age of 17, and how the French state bears responsibility in this case.
