Things get off to a rocky start for mother and daughter Christine and Jenna Hale, who run The Portcullis Hotel in Chipping Sodbury, when the guests are horrified to discover the pub restaurant does karaoke until 2am - which they are not only expected to participate in, but keeps them awake until the small hours.
And things go from bad to worse when some art and craft caricatures prove first impressions are not always positive.
