Andy and Jeronime from Rooms 36 want to find out why their luxury B&B didn't hit the mark. Trish and Connor from The Red Lion Coaching Inn want to get to the bottom of their feedback. Julie and James from Schiehallion Hotel are geared up for a showdown over their hosting criticism. And Stephen and Jan from Townhead Hotel want to settle some scores with their guests. Accusations fly and there's tension in the air as the payments are revealed and ultimately the winner is announced.
