Description:
A mother and daughter live a secluded life in a village. Their close bond is strained by the arrival of a mysterious man. Can they overcome jealousy and distrust? Based on Aleksandra Duda's story "Olive," the film explores the Eighth Commandment: "You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor." It's part of a film cycle created for the 20th anniversary of Krzysztof Kieślowski's "Decalogue," and was made by Tomek Matuszczak as part of a project challenging ten young directors to reinterpret the Decalogue's relevance for a new generation.
