Philip Glass Concert: Live at the Barbican (2001)

In 2001, the BBC Symphony Orchestra, led by Marin Alsop, presented three previously unperformed works by American composer Philip Glass at London's Barbican Hall. During a conversation with Charles Hazlewood, Glass reflects on how the 9/11 attacks impacted his compositions and shares his reluctance to be labeled a minimalist.
