Nanga Parbat – Der Tödliche Berg (2005)

June 29, 2004, 9:15 PM. The four climbers – Günter, Jörg, Christian, and Markus – reach the summit of Nanga Parbat, a lifelong dream realized. But a dangerous turn begins as Jens, having abandoned the summit attempt, becomes lost on the Diamir Face, battling hallucinations. Exhausted, 64-year-old Günter falls into the darkness. Soon after, Markus also falls, losing essential gear and becoming isolated, freezing, and lost on the vast mountain. Back at base camp, everyone watches the unfolding disaster. With nightfall, the question becomes: who will survive the second night on the treacherous ice?
