The fate of Gabon’s Moukalaba-Doudou National Park and its silverback gorillas hangs in the balance. Previously safeguarded by the oil industry, the park now faces a new threat: the impending arrival of logging companies. Ecotourism offers a potential solution, but a team of conservationists must first earn the trust of the gorillas. The film follows their efforts as they study the gorillas, learning their habits and embarking on a journey to the Central African Republic to uncover the secrets of successfully acclimating gorillas to human presence.
