This documentary explores the life of Juraj Revicky, a gifted young guitarist and songwriter who came of age during the turbulent years following the Velvet Revolution. In 1998, at the age of 19, he died of a heroin overdose in the Stoka Theatre. Though his life was brief and he never achieved widespread fame, Revicky’s work remains remarkably powerful. He was a key figure in a vibrant community of young, progressive people, and his band Pigura served as their central hub. This film offers a glimpse into Bratislava, Slovakia, during the 1990s.
