This documentary explores the life of Susan Oliver, the original Green Girl from Star Trek. A prolific actress from the 1950s to the 1980s, Oliver was also a pioneering figure: a founding member of the American Film Institute's Directing Workshop for Women and a record-breaking female aviator. Tragically lost to cancer in 1990, she amassed over 120 film and television credits and was a familiar face in the 1960s. Despite her accomplishments – including being one of the first women to direct major TV shows in the 1980s – Oliver's name has faded from public memory. This film is a rediscovery of her remarkable life and career.
