15 Hours (2017)

Zhili, a town in China's Zhejiang province, produces 80% of the country's children's clothing. Filmed in August 2016, the film focuses on the workers at 68 Xisheng Road, one day in their lives. Zhili is home to approximately 18,000 small factories employing over 200,000 migrant workers year-round. In the 1980s, Zhejiang province developed a private garment industry built on flexible business models like mutual credit and leasing, attracting investors willing to adapt.
