Description:
This romantic historical film follows the era of relentless attacks and heroic defense of Eger Castle, led by Captain István Dobó, through the lives and love of Bornemissza Gergely and Cecey Éva. Gergely begins his life as a fighter at age seven, escaping captivity with Vica and war spoils from the Turk Jumurdzsak. Thirty years later, he becomes Captain Dobó's first assistant and the strategic mind behind Eger's defense.
