Description:
Jung-ho, a former South Korean undercover agent who lived in North Korea for two decades, returns to the South. He is then haunted by the reappearance of his deceased wife, who begins to plague his memories. As he tries to piece together his fragmented past by seeking out his old colleagues—who are either missing or dead—Jung-ho is forced to confront the consequences of a failed mission from 20 years ago. That mission involved helping a North Korean officer and his family defect to the South, a decision that irrevocably changed Jung-ho's life. Now, twenty years later, the secret he has desperately tried to bury is about to resurface in the South.
