Description:
This is the true story of a man's struggle for freedom. For over 60 years, Tibetans have resisted Chinese rule, but their peaceful efforts seem futile. Now, a new form of protest has emerged: self-immolation. Loten Namling, a Tibetan exile and musician in Switzerland, is deeply troubled by these acts of self-destruction. He travels from Europe to India on a solo mission to consult with politicians, experts, and young activists. As he seeks answers, Loten himself becomes more radical, teetering on the edge of violent action. Ultimately, he reaches the Dalai Lama's office in India to ask the exiled spiritual leader for guidance.
