Description:
Lost in the desert, two young officers, Saint-Avit and Morhange, become prisoners of Antinéa, the captivating queen of Atlantis. Blinded by love for her, Saint-Avit is compelled to obey her when she commands him to kill his friend. Pabst's *L’Atlantide* presents a psychoanalytic interpretation of Benoit's story, featuring a powerful woman who subjugates and ultimately destroys her lovers.
