Description:

"The Beaux" follows Mr. Aimwell and Mr. Archer, two charming but reckless young men who have squandered their wealth in London. To escape their debts and disgrace, they travel to the countryside and pose as master and servant, planning to marry for financial gain. At the local inn, they encounter a colorful cast of characters: a dishonest landlord, a dangerous highwayman, a passionate French Count, a woman seeking advancement, a tipsy husband, an angry butler, a skilled healer, and a troubled priest. But their biggest challenge is love, which threatens to expose their true selves when they meet Dorinda and Mrs. Sullen.
