Description:
Kumar Sen is a highly respected artist, skilled in both painting and sculpture, but like many in his family, he is deeply introverted. Miss Asha Varma, the only niece of retired pensioner Ashok Varma, is the central figure in Kumar's life. One stormy night, Kumar attempts to secure Asha’s hand in marriage from Ashok, fulfilling an unspoken promise. However, the meeting ends badly, with Ashok angrily banishing Kumar. Shortly after, Ashok Varma is found strangled. Asha’s boyfriend, Rajesh, is arrested for the murder. The ensuing trial reveals the truth about Ashok Varma's death and whether Rajesh is truly guilty or innocent.
