Description:
Jack Morgan runs a business where he claims to understand dogs' thoughts, a skill he once famously possessed. He hides the fact that he can only read dogs' minds from his clients. When Mr. Mooney and his wife bring their dog for a consultation, Mr. Mooney grows upset when Jack can't read the dog's mind and threatens to shut down Jack's business, leveraging his friendship with the city mayor. Later, a wealthy man named Clyde Windsor brings his dog, Lucky. Jack is shocked by how clearly he can read Lucky's mind and abruptly ends the session, appearing troubled. Before Windsor departs, Jack tells him that Lucky is distressed by three people living with him.
