Description:
In a near-future Berlin, the healthcare system has failed. A man operates as an unlicensed doctor in the city's Neukölln district. He provides care in public spaces – courtyards and streets – often resorting to stealing medication from pharmacies. Unknown to most, he's also a caretaker for a rundown apartment building. Constantly pushing limits and facing setbacks that drain him, he embraces a life as a shadow, an outlaw. This existence forces him to question his identity as a doctor.
