Description:

Lum's grandfather arranged for her to marry a traveling merchant he'd met, should he have a daughter. Now, the merchant has arrived to claim his due. Ataru is misled into believing Lum wants to leave, and in anger, he tells her he hates her. This sparks an argument, and Lum decides she needs to understand Ataru's true feelings. A game of tag ensues, where Ataru can win by simply confessing his love for Lum. However, his pride might be his downfall. The events that follow will ultimately determine the future of Ataru and Lum.
