Kurara and Reina, once aspiring racers, are now renowned instructors known as the "Provisional License Angels." They employ unconventional methods, using their attractiveness to motivate students to pass their driving tests. Their latest student is Koichiro, a particularly difficult case who has failed at other schools. Despite the Angels' efforts, Koichiro shows no improvement. One day, Kurara encounters Koichiro and initiates a conversation. He opens up to her, and they begin a relationship. Kurara then proposes a lesson with him in casual clothes. Meanwhile, Reina continues her usual instructional methods. Will Koichiro finally succeed?
