Description:
Exhausted from World War I, Duke Claude de Bernard returns home in the autumn of 1922 and encounters the stunningly beautiful Sharon Kazatti in the Forest of Fontainebleau. She vanishes as she rejoins a group emerging from a party, prompting Claude to remark on her sublime beauty. A young man, Louis Valentin – a gigolo – overhears him and dismisses Sharon as merely a mannequin, belonging to a different world. However, Louis seems to care for Sharon too. Claude insists she possesses a soul like his. A peculiar connection forms between the two men as they discover a shared attraction to Sharon, leading them to agree on a fair competition for her affections.
