Dangerous Evidence (2024)

Detective He Bu of the Jingcheng City Public Security Bureau is investigating drug trafficking by the Yue Cheng gang, but lacks sufficient evidence to proceed. He Bu then arrests Yue Cheng on suspicion of murder. The motive: Yue Cheng killed Luo Xiaolan to retrieve a valuable diamond necklace containing the password to all criminal evidence and financial records of the Yuecheng Group. With Luo Xiaolan dead, only her sister, Luo Xiaomei, knows the necklace's location. Police aim to prosecute Yue Cheng for murder and gather evidence against his drug operation. However, Luo Xiaomei initially refuses to cooperate, stalling the investigation.
