Description:
During a late-night pub outing, a group of teenagers get into a drunken brawl, leaving drug dealer Šárlí with a knife wound to the liver. Commissioner Vašátko, recently retired, is asked by the victim's grandmother, Forejtová – an old friend of his late wife – to investigate. Vašátko’s friend, painter Horác, knows one of the teens, 16-year-old Zbyněk, who is having difficulties with his strict businessman father and seems to be concealing something. As Vašátko and Horác delve deeper, they uncover the truth behind the murder and identify the killer. First, however, they must solve the case's central mystery: a shoe found at the scene that doesn't belong to anyone involved. Without understanding this detail, the case remains unsolved.
