Description:
In ancient times, humans and spirit youkai lived together. However, a violent conflict erupted when demon youkai sought to dominate humanity. A swordsman emerged, teaching both factions a way to fight without lethal force. Since then, until the victor lifts a seal on the defeated, they wield immense power in the human world. Now, with bamboo flowers in bloom, the time has come to remove the seal. The demon youkai, poised to maintain eternal control, declares the next battle will determine their fate. Victory or defeat hinges on a human child chosen as supreme commander. Anticipating this, Nurarihyon, leader of the spirit youkai, tasks Maya with finding a suitable child.
