Description:

Cheech and Chong, two perpetually relaxed friends, experience hilarious chaos in Los Angeles while dealing with unemployment. After Cheech loses his job, they visit the welfare office where his girlfriend, Donna, works. Instead of getting assistance, their attempts to find work lead them back to the streets. Their lives get even more complicated when Cheech's cousin, Red Mendoza, shows up.
