Description:
In the final years of the cannabis prohibition, a troubled college student named Chance returns to his wealthy hometown in suburban Connecticut with a plan to dominate the local marijuana trade. He gathers friends and associates, forming a business called the Sleight of Hand. But the plan quickly spirals out of his control as he ignores his psychiatrist's advice and his depression worsens. Chance must navigate his mother, doctor, and a fake job while trying to keep his illegal business ahead of the law. His substance abuse and mental instability intensify as he becomes increasingly consumed by a world of vice and psychosis.
