Description:
In a quiet part of Palermo, two women, Rosa and Clara, are locked in a silent, intense standoff inside their cars. Their unwavering stares communicate defiance and resolve. This unspoken battle, fueled by a shared refusal to eat, drink, or sleep, is more than just solidarity; it’s a fight for survival against the heat and the men closing in around them. On a Sunday afternoon, the sirocco wind guides Rosa and Clara unknowingly to the same street, Via Castellana Bandiera. There, they unexpectedly meet Samira, a member of the Calafiore family, who arrives with a car full of relatives.
