Description:
This documentary examines Aum Shinrikyo, a Buddhist sect led by Shoko Asahara, between September 1996 and November 1997. It covers the sect's reaction to media attention, the trials following the 1995 Tokyo subway sarin attack, and the cult's dwindling finances due to public disapproval.
