Description:
*La Voz* is a Spanish reality talent show that began airing on Telecinco on September 19, 2012. It's based on the international format *The Voice*, created by John de Mol of the Netherlands, which originated with *The Voice of Holland*. The show focuses on exceptional singing talent. Four well-known musical artists coach contestants in teams, sometimes performing alongside them. The coaches select singers during blind auditions, where they can only judge based on voice, not appearance. Jesús Vázquez hosts the series, with Tania Llasera as the social media correspondent. The original coaches were David Bisbal, Rosario Flores, Malú, and Melendi. In the second season, Antonio Orozco replaced Melendi.
