Daniel possesses a gift – he can see into the past and glimpse the future. As a child, a vision revealed his brother-in-law, João Henrique, was unfaithful to his sister, Ester, prompting her divorce. Now an adult, Daniel’s abilities sharpen, but he uses them for personal gain. He establishes a practice, gains television fame as “the Prophet,” and rapidly accumulates wealth, power, and a detached demeanor.
