Description:
Honnouji Academy is controlled by a strict student council led by the powerful President Satsuki Kiryuin. When Ryuko Matoi arrives as a new transfer student, she carries a large, scissor-shaped sword – the only part of a blade that belonged to her deceased father. Seeking revenge for his death, Ryuko hunts for the person responsible, and rumors suggest Satsuki Kiryuin may hold the answers. Ryuko is quickly overwhelmed by Satsuki's student council and their advanced "Goku Uniforms." But her fortunes change when she meets Senketsu, a living weapon called a Kamui. With Senketsu's help, Ryuko gains the strength to challenge Honnouji Academy and uncover the truth behind her father's death. Her fierce determination and Senketsu’s power clash with the academy’s authority in a fight for justice.
