Description:
In Tokyo, junior high student Miaka discovers a mysterious book that plunges her and her friend Yui into the Universe of the Four Gods – a world filled with danger. They’re soon targeted by slavers, but are rescued by a charismatic young man named Tamahome, who then vanishes with Yui. Back in the library, Yui watches as Miaka journeys into this strange new world to find Tamahome and rescue her friend. To return home, Miaka must embrace her destiny as the Priestess of Suzaku, facing daunting challenges and uncovering a hidden world of ancient myths and powerful magic.
