Description:
Earth is uninhabitable due to pollution, and humanity lives on crowded space stations. Driven by desperation, scientist Devon Adair steals a spaceship to find a new, habitable planet for humanity. Her crew includes John Danziger, a skilled mechanic; his daughter True; Dr. Julia Heller, who has secrets; pilot Alonzo Solace; cyborg Yale; and government agent Morgan and his wife Bess. They discover a promising planet, but crash land on the far side of the world. Forced to journey across dangerous new landscapes, they seek New Pacifica. The expedition tests their limits, revealing hidden truths about each other as they cling to the hope of a better future for themselves and their children.
